National CASA Choral 2023 Edition

We want to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the National CASSA Choral event that was recently held at Kutama College. It was truly a remarkable event that brought together 32 schools from 7 out of the 8 dioceses that attended, including eight schools from the Archdiocese of Harare namely St Francis of Assisi, Monte Casino, Visitation, Nagle House, All Souls, St Paul’s Musami, St Michael’s and Mt St Mary’s. The competition showcased the incredible singing abilities of these choirs as they competed against each other. I am thrilled to share that two schools from the Archdiocese of Harare were among the top 5 schools in the competition; Visitation Position 2 and Assis Position 4. This outstanding achievement is a testament to the dedication and hard work of these schools in preparing for the event. The National CASSA Choral 2023 Edition provided a valuable platform for schools to showcase their musical talents. It also offered students an opportunity to learn from each other and improve their skills. Additionally, it served as a means for Catholic schools to interact and strengthen synergies across the country.
