Bursers Workshop

A QuickBooks Workshop to help our schools with managing their accounts was conducted at Rockwood Spiritual Centre on the above mentioned dates.  The participants were active and showed much enthusiasm to learn this accounting package. We equipped them with requisite skills and knowledge on how to process the transactions on their machines. We also taught them how to generate reports namely Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheets for our schools.

From our assessment, a majority of them were now able to enter transactions and extract reports from the system with easy!! We are confident that they will deliver beyond expectations for the proper management of funds and transparent Accounting reports. Once again on behalf of the Archdiocese of Harare in particular and Education Secretariat in general, we are confident that none production of accounts is going to be a thing of the past, we are very much optimistic that our School Admins and Bursars will deliver accurate, timely and relevant financial records to the school management and to our main stakeholders the Church and the Ministry.
